Common questions

The questions that always come up.

I've never driven an EV. Will I manage?

If you can drive a regular automatic, you can drive this - there's just no gear stick. At handover I'll show you charging, the trip planner and Autopilot. Five minutes and you're set.

Can I drive it with a non-EU licence?

Yes - bring your national licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP). US, UK, Canadian and Australian licences with IDP are all fine.

Where do I charge?

The car plans charging stops itself - Superchargers cover Czechia and all of Europe. Charging from 10 to 80% takes about 25 minutes, just enough for a coffee. It bills to my account and we settle at return.

Can I take it to other countries?

Yes, anywhere in the EU - just tell me in advance for insurance. Vienna is 3 hours away, Dresden 2.

Why do you rent just one car?

Because it's mine. I'm not a rental company with a fleet - I know this car down to the last bolt, it's spotless, and you'll never get "a similar model in this category". You get this exact car, or nothing.
